Shipping Policy

All products will be dispatched by next day Courier on the day, or the immediate next working day, that cleared funds are received by HOTS.

Warranty Policy

Visimax LED Mini Projector is supplied with a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty. All claims will be submitted to the manufacturer, Maxon Australia Pty Ltd in accordance with their Warranty Policy which is available below.

Returns Policy

HOTS will offer a refund on returned goods other than Repair & Warranty Claims on the following conditions.

Goods are returned complete & intact in original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of dispatch.

All returns for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
